With sendfile open, go to the control panel and open Phone Monitor Options after you establish a serial connect using "My Bluetooth Places". When the Phone Monitor detects the phone it will show an icon in the systray. It should work.

I got the Belkin USB Bluetooth Adapter, works like a charm, exactly for what I need. Maybe I should mention that I use it with the Motorola A835 *3G phone*
and that with their software (mobile PhoneTools) I have yet to discover a problem....
