I'm also being charged, BUT..............Ironically it's still totally free using my phone as a modem for my mac to browse the entire internet

Using the 193.113.200.195 proxy and port 8080 of course. This should also work on px00 and other proxy enabled phones.

Hey are u guys all using O2 Online?
I am using it on my P900 & I haven't been charged yet, 300k+ so far.
Will this be just the 1MB free or is it because I'm using Proxy Add 193.113.200.195 and Port 8080?
Will this Proxy thing start charging soon too?

Also I now get a message every time I disconnect from GPRS (including after receiving an MMS)
The message come like an SMS with the message tone and reads:
Quote:
1 New SMS
(Date & Time)
O2_WAP
Your Balance is £x.xx

It pops up on the screen automatically & when I press 'Done' it disappears & so does the message icon. It is also not in my inbox.
This is different to the normal balance alert like the one after sending an SMS. These are silent & just show a box with 'Balance £x.xx'

Is anyone else receiving these messages?

I think O2 online (free txt and wap ppl) (@loz, u wit dat?) get 1MB free gprs a month, and there is a bolt on that give you 3MB of GPRS for £4 a month... which is good . But anyway, with 5hours of GSM and 1MB of GPRS, i think i can just about get by! lol!

I dont see why everyone is going "O2 are G@Y, they started charging GPRS", we have had it free for AGES, and its the charges arent exactly unfair, T-Mob (or another company..,. i cant remeber who...) charge up 2 £7 for GPRS per MB, and there is a bolt on... so..?

I realise this isn't a nokia site but you seem to know what you're doing and maybe one of you may know.
Does the 6310i allow these proxy settings? I can't find them anywhere.
Could i do it via a data cable?

Many thanks
