I have the phone dialer back and I can get into the service menu but does formating the phone give you the option to set it back to the defult settings?

Yup it does go back to the default settings but u will loose all ur ringtones, messages, calender data............. but I guess u can get the preset stuff in ur fone back frm the multimedia cd provided.

Formatting the internal drive will restore the phone back to the day you bought it (have done mine 3 times so far) including the t-mobile stuff
But you will lose everything that you have put on te phone
