lol, why stock both colours? obvious, to meet customers needs by offering them variety. They only sell the black edition and companies like Carphone warehouse dont have the silver one so they cant order that one.
I spoke to SE service centre, they told me they would charge £46 to change everything to the silver one. This is coz too many parts will need changing.
Has anyone tried changing the parts on their own?

Bought a genuine white cover with keypad for £22 and did it all myself. 10 minute job.... Scour EBAY!!!!

all the stores in SF area carry the silver color T630. i think stores should always carry all colors of each model for the customers benefits. even if they don't stock them, they can order them.
for example, only black is available for T610 when i would prefer the blue or red.

Here, in UK most stores are limited to just the black edition of T630. CPW only stock black ones and cant order white ones yet.

Strange. The CPW by me only have the white models. The O2 shop also only stock the white models to.
