@boyi-it's because your phone's browser runs out of memory from the pictures in the thread. After all you usually only have about <400 kb of mem free on the phone right lol This message was posted from a T610

i've had that problem before. threads with pics, especially large ones, seem to evoke a hissy-fit from my phone.

morning. not sure what a hissy fit is but i CAN concur that the xhtml script has always had some difficulties. I've never been able to enter the dutch threads via xhtml and have given up long ago.

On my Z600 it's slightly better though (it can handle longer posts!) and enough so to keep me happy.

axxxr posts are usually too long or contain too may images for any normal phone on any script and i never read those on wap anyway. Now if everybody learnt not to put any 'special characters' in their topic names so the xhtml forum index page wouldn't mess up... I dare say we'll all be alright

apostrophes and accents, any currency symbol and 'trema's' (sorry can't think of the correct english term for it) are all evil.

do you mean "~" ?

it's called a tilde (pronounced TILL-duh) in english - although the word is of Spanish origin with Latin roots.
