I now remember exactly how I found him, I sent him an e-mail to a yahoo account:
mobilez_phones@yahoo.com (note: not hotmail) with the questions of prices of some phones. I found him by esato and sent him an e-mail:

I ordered a phone and the payment was made by western union. I was told in my country that in Africa a password would be needed, but that's not true. They got the money and no phone. So I advise you guys, don't trust them.
