design isn't great, from the photos it looks like the phone will be top heavy, as the bottom is thin and flat, whereas he top is wider and thicker.

In Belgium it is released as a Vodafone Live Phone (with Proximus).
No price yet. No idea if it is 'branded'.
The blue part makes it ugly. The circular element on the back is out of balance with the rest of the design. Buttons are ugly compared to the 'original'.

If it's the same, it must be only in the inside, beacuse the keys layout is so much different, and even some keys are missing...
