I have the same problem several times. I ve got a o2-de k700,
and all the icons of o2 are disappearing, that is the two first icons in the main menue and the direct links of o2 in the sub menue like mms pictures and logos in the pictures menu. But without restarting they appear hours later again.
if it would be permanent, it seems like a clean unbranded se phone though..

Although this is a k700 thread, i had this problem once on my z1010. Right now my background picture is also gone :s. Its just gray :-( As the software on the k700 and z1010 is practically the same, im sure the problems are common for both phones. This message was posted from a Z1010

I have this problem too. Just "upgraded" to R2AY004 using SEUS and now I get this:

never had this problem.
dove,the playnow icon looks better than the icon on mass's( and mine too) phone which is a se logo with a declaration letter.btw,how did u get the icon?did u change it somehow?yeah...watever be the icon,its useless.

That icon directly takes you to the se wap site . . I also faced the same icon disp problem but a restart would fix it all the time . . . . It would happen only when i would restart the phone and press the menu . . Another restart would cure it. Also i noticed if i would put the file manager as my left shortcut key and go there first instead of the menu after a restart. . The problem would fix itself . . Try this out and tell me.
