It has a four way key! Technically they should sound same because both are 32 bit. But in reality 610's are more well defined. 230's are louder more bass

I would say - 6610 IS worse than T230 but only in few features - many others are better! And those are very important.

On a more serious note, the 6610 may be a better phone but we should know that the T230 is positioned as a low end phone while the 6610 is a mid segment one. Still the T230 almost matchess the 6610 in every department. The 6610 costs twice that of the T230 here. Is it worth that money?
