A recall is even better, as once with r520,then a buggy fone. This message was posted from a T630

Itīs the same with all things now days, pc-games, cars, phones all stuff with firmware.
Nokia got no less of problems in their phones. Nokia doesnīt have any stuff who can go wrong. Not as many codecs as SE, not that many standards.. EVEN BT THEY TRIED TO CHANGE!
But do you want to do the misstake and leave SE for nokia just go ahead, thats your problem, not mine

Did you really expect the k700 to be perfect? You know it takes 40 upgrades before it starts working decently enough. You've learnt your lesson. Next time, get yourself a pocket pc

i can honestly say that the problem I am experiencing is the odd switching off and back on during sync. Other than that its working perfectly. Even the number "2" key problem hasn't happened for a couple of weeks at least

Actually, whats the real reason of a bug, the whole fw, aparts of it or wrong construction? This message was posted from a T630

i have had no problems with the fone at all, is working perfectly. I think the ppl on this board take things a bit outta proportion whereas standard users wouldnt even realise the problem. Also as this is a SE board you are not going to see many complaints on nokia fones or ne otha manufacturers coz those users would make them on their own board.

I notice that some of you guys have said that a fw upgarde will solve mostly all of the bugs, and I agree. BUT SE have let themselves be bought by Orange (the branding of my phone) and so have locked the fw into the phone so I can't even get an upgrade. Isn't that a bit short sighted? And that is SE's fault!!

I donīt understand why people need to create this kind of threads, when the k700i has youth problems like any other phone!

The fact is, most of the reviews i read state this is probably the best SEīs phone to date

go and chek nokia forums and see if the tons of bugs they have too! stop complaining on very small details in the k700,anyway one thing is sure: when you try a SE phone you will never return to nokia's crap

@Marcus_129: Im not going to leave SE. You just dont understand. I gues that more features phone has, there is more chance that something goes wrong. Maybe normal users dont even know for any problems like someone said, but for users who really uses phone it may be tough. @Lor: why must it be 40 upgrades? What about @phil_small?-he cant do a fw upgrade. So like you said, it takes 40 upgrades to get "decent" phone. Well he will just have to except that se's mistake...
