Good shots haki - V600 is definately much better in lower light conditions - much better. Besides that it doesnt suffer the fish eye effect like the K700 - it also has more correct colors and less noice.

Ill get the V500 tomorrow - looking forward to it

My friend has owned his V600 since 6 months ago. Well, save to say, I really don't like the blury pictures taken by the handset. It makes me dizzy after 5 seconds looking at them.. for sure. I like K700 camera much more since it takes good image outdoors. You know, I don't use phone camera to take photos in bad light condition coz' whatever the phone, it's useless anyway. So the V600 ability of taking better images in low-light condition really doesn't bother me at all. It's just a matter of taste.

It looks to me like the K700 does a little too much sharpening in the post-processing of the pictures. They always look fine on the screen before hitting the 'take picture' button, then 3 seconds later and noise has been added! Can you get any add-on photo taking software for the K700? Some I got for my Nokia 6600 improved some of the camera features no-end!

K700 wins all the way outdoors.
That's what I like from the phone. Actually, I personally take much more photos on daylight condition than indoor ones. That's why I like K700 better than V600. It's just a matter of taste.

@rendez2k

I think that 3 second pause is just the phone reducing the size of the image for displaying on the 110x90 (whatever) screen and thats why it looks a bit crap, its been squashed?

If you were to send that image to pc then i think it would look like it did at first...

Actually I didnt take it off - it got stolen a few days ago - and I havent gotten the new licensplate yet but otherwise deffo better than blanking out

I agree on the conclusion - K700 best under optimum daylight conditions - but V5/600 best under low light conditions.

Had alot of fun playing with my kids new V500 these 2 days - naturally the first thing I did was flex it to V600 - very nice phone - great screen - my kid is mad at me because I played so much with his new phone that he could not get to it
