The trick is to perform the master reset. And while its going on, exactly after thirteen secs remove the battery. All the preinstalled items get deleted. I tried it and was successful. But you may have to do it repeatedly to completely remove all the items. Dunno whether it damages the phone in any way. This message was posted from a T230
