Well i just glanced at the thread, and it seems very ignorant, of the staff, to request that a phone with flight mode should be kept on, despite what the report in the thread you mentioned said, and no doubt other reports have reached the same conclusion.
So i assume that they don't know your ipaq has bluetooth then
I heard that companies would be putting internet connections on planes, to be made accessible via WI-FI, so I can assume that WI-FI has no bad affects for use on planes?
Regarding my use of a P800. Just to prove it, here's a lovely pic
Just realised this is massively off-topic. I have never used clove.co.uk before, *whew*

Why do you guys feel the need to put lives at risk? This is still a grey area in aviation and I really dont think its cool when people feel the need to flaunt technology.
I have a P800/900 Powerbook(Airport Ready, BT), And I never find the urge to experiment with the wireless aspect on flights.

Just an addition . . . for some members who are wondering why @masseur 'H A V E' so many gadgets in his possession, it is simply because, he just so happened to be one of the 'outstanding' principal stockholders - if it/them all
