If i talk to them on a regular basis i'll tell them who and what I am, just like i'll tell them my name and a little bit about myself if we get along. If it's only an occassional thing I'd probably just ignore it. Although I have noticed there are plenty of people pointing it out to whoever calls me guy anyway
