Deleting these files will make uninstalling the relevant applications a bit troublesome. As these files are generally quite small, i wouldn't stress to delete them.

i hope this helps people i installed a app called file manager its a free app,and it shows you everything you have got on your phone more than the file manager built in the phone which is crap,
if you open it across the top there is file edit C:/*
if u click the C;/* you can change it to A:/*Rom drive C:/* D:/* and Z:/*
clicking on c drive 101
documents
system
click system move down to temp and what ever is in there delete,because they are all the apps you have installed and deleted which the phone as saved without you knowing,
another think with deleting a app click on install and APPS and delete it from there aswell because some times it dont delete right and part of the app is still in there,(taking up the memory)
All i can say is watch what your deleting and make a backup if your deleting loads of stuff because you may delete something you shouldnt like i did because
