No man has the right to kill another (well except if his life is in danger), a whole life in jail is a better sentence and for some people isnt better than die.

most guilty people who receive the death penalty are the ones for whom that punishment is far too lenient anyway.

the death penalty is dangerous because there is no way to know 100% that the person is indeed guilty unless there are a dozen or more eyewitnesses, preferabley with video cameras. it should be abolished everywhere if only to save that one innocent who WILL eventually be put to death.

Hey..news update!Today another man was prononunced death sentence! He first killed and THEN raped a SIX yr old girl. Later he cut off her feet to steal the anklet Now what do u say to that?? I think the sentence is corect. Only it shld be quickly carried out

Thats a horrible crime but i still don't think the death sentence should be given to that guy. Remember that the death sentence was introduced over a century ago by the british. Even britain has renounced the death sentence from its law books. Their law is now more humane. Why can't india do this? This message was posted from a T230
