A 'premium' phone is one, which costs a lot of money, it isn't necessarily crammed with great features. The Vetu for example isn't all that great as a phone, but it is constructed from expensive materials and it provides access to a dedicated concierge system, whcih can be used to arrange various things for the user e.g. airline tickets, restaurants, etc
The P900, for example, is packed with features, but it isn't considered a premium phone. I don't believe that SE will release suh a phone anytime soon, if at all, thye seem to concentrate on phones with good features and usability rather than ultra-expensive models.

Also, of different shape, not just like the usual 'square/rectangle/oblong' shaped ones to generalize them all . . . How 'bout - triangular shaped fones

but, do most of u guys prefer
a. a flashy handy... titanium with butler aka vertu
or
b. hard working al... plastic with features aka p900 etc?

Titanium with usefull features, a cam is ok, but no mp3, radio etc or a strong batt if it is. All these - design, features and batt - must serve on the highest level the meaning of a premium fone.

Indeed, for such fones is just a small interest, unfortunately and according to the brands behavour not to increase the costs by using cheap materials, the price of such fones would be really high. Years ago all fones were a kind of premium.
