I always made my e700 wallpapers 128x126. 128x128 gives a row of white pixels on one side of the screen

Vlammetje,

I hope you can imagine how embarassed I feel for assuming you are a gyu, My Fair Lady?! ))

I don't know why I did that...somehow my brain went that way for no particular reason, and I appologize for my clumziness ))

Just a couple of suggestions:

1. The hearts look great, but when I looked at the picture, it dawned on me that if you removed the bottom left and right hearts, the other three would sort of build a V formation. Well, my girlfriend's name is Val, and the design would be very appropriate.
2. Is there any chance to lower the center bottom heart a little bit, so it is not so close to the cat's chin? Also, do you think that if, as opposed to of the transparent color, the hearts were pink or red, it would not be a bit more interesting? (I certainly would appreciate a lady's opinion )) )
3. It was mentioned in this thread that the size should be 128x126. Actually, someone else told me that it should be 128 (wide) X 129 (long), with this additional pixel covering the otherwise white line that would appear. I don't know, but I guess could try your wallpaer to see. And maybe, other people could share with us their opinions about sizes.

4. This is actually a question, not a suggestion - how would I download the final image to IR to the phone? I guess I could PM you with my e-mail.

By all means, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your gracious assistance. Let me know what you think about those last touches I suggested and are they possible? ))

Best regards!

Uuuggghhh....I tried to IR Vlammetje's wallpaper to the phone and got this weird message:

"Blah, blah, blah...the file could not be transfered because the target machine actively refused it" What the...

I just got the phone and it is an unlocked, but T-Mobile branded phone. Could that pose any problems? I read somewhere in the forums that the IR had to be set at 57 KB/s or 115 KB/s maximum speed of transfer, and I did that.

Has anyone seen this error before?

Vlammetje,

Worked like a charm....uploaded your wallpaper (128X128) and didn't see any white lines anywhere. I don't know whether E715 is slightly different than the E700 which was reported to show the white line. But then again, what do I know

Please take a look at the suggestions I posted to your last reply and let me know if a modified version of your wallpaer is doable.

Thanks so much!

No problems

I tried a few things. First of all pink didn't quite do it for me I think it's a bit too pale a colour for such a light back ground.

So I tried bright red hearts:

Burgundy hearts:

and finally hearts that are not coloured in but have a red outline

For this one the hearts need to move slightly inwards though

Which one is your preference? And would you like any other changes?
