This is one of my biggest issues with the P900 and it really anoys me!
Anyway, I have emailed SE explaining the ifs and buts and asking them for their official stance.....
I'll let you know when I get a response.

I was wondering if if there are any plans to develop an application like extended recorder (series 60) for the UIQ phones such as the Sony Ericsson P900. Is it not technically possible or is there simply not the demand for it?

"Thank you for contacting the Sony Ericsson Call Centre.
With regards to your enquiry,
Itīs not possible to record a call in Sony Ericsson P910i. We have no information as to why this is. "
