There is no differencies of paying for SMS sent through GPRS. Here in Denmark with an ordinary type of subscription it costs 20 øre to send a SMS through GSM and the same through GPRS. There are no diffrencies. So don't missunderstand me. I've free SMS after I've payed my mothly fee of 120 DKR. So I pay for my SMS by a monthly fee.
