I would really like it if the backlight stopped turning off when the phone is doing something!
If i am loading a large web page or downloading a large item i have to tap the screen every 30 seconds to get the light back on. I know it sounds really minor but it just gets to you after a while.
It really is a simple conversation:
Backlight: "my 30 seconds is up, can i turn off?"
Phone: "no, im busy. Leave me alone"
or :
Backlight: "my 30 seconds are up, can i turn off?"
Phone: "do what you want, im having a cup of tea."
See? Easy!

How about adding the birthday feature on the calendar? Isn't that one of the main uses for your calendar? And people have more than 1 mobile, more than 1 email etc.
And when you take a picture how about when you take it, it comes out in all resolutions, so you can send the large one to your email & keep the small ones stored on your phone ( as oppossed to taking 2 diffferent shots to have 2 different sizes)

make a palm or pocket pc based phone. Clie phone will be nice! of course with built in WiFi and bluetooth.

That is a really good suggestion about the fact that there should be more than one field for number types and e-mail addresses, it would make things so much easier when one has contacts who have both home and work contact details.

I think that sony ericsson should stop letting vodaphone ruin there phones with ugly menus etc!! I also think someone mentioned a jog dial, i love the jog dials! lol
