my opinion is (ignoring the P900 to P910 firmware update possibility) is that unless you really want duo pro support, need more internal memory or really must have the latest, then if you already have a P900 its not worth it to sell the P900 and buy a P910.
I go with that! It is just not worth upgrading from P900 to P910- mebbe a P800 user can go for it...
I have this staunch feeling that I wont upgrade my P900 until I get WiFi / EDGE in the package... and ofcorz it has to be a SE!

this is what ive been saying all along!!! to anyone who has the p900, the p910 really isnt worth it. even if you dont have a p900 i still dont think that it offers value for money. the only thing that the p910 has shown is that a) the majority of se customers are total fanboys who blindly buy anything with the little round logo on it and b) that se are constantly trying to rip off their customers. by this i draw attention to the progression of the p series so far. the p900 was in my opinion, just a cosmetic upgrade, nothing totally new that you couldnt do on the p800. the p910 on the other hand has been marketed by having one of the main features that the p900 didnt and the one thing that almost everyone wanted, i.e. larger duo support. se knew that they could of upgraded the firmware of the p900 all along so that it would support duo pro, yet they didnt and tryed to cobble together a poxy upgrade package with full knowledge that the loyal se customers would go mad for. i mean really a thumb keyboard???? what use is that?? i understand that they are a commercial company and they obviously have the right to release new technology as and when they see fit, but in anyones eyes the p910 is surely a rip off

@simoran1
Er...different people have different needs and use SE phones for different purposes. I have a Moto A920 with 32mb of RAM and I found I was using this for internet browsing rather than my P900 because it had insufficient RAM. Also now that I have used the new P910i keypad for text entry, I prefer it to on-screen input. These are just a few examples. I use my phone to help me with my business activities and therefore I need a reliable and flexible tool. The P910i in my view is more reliable (e.g. BT and extra RAM and internal storage for lots of emails & SMS) and flexible (it appears that the BT is designed to support multiple BT connections simultaneously, I like the in-built Office and PDF support, with my two 256MB Duo Pros I can carry around all my MP3s and eBooks and finally we can benefit from TomTom which includes speed camera data as well as navigation support).

I fall in to "category 2" here.
I went from P800 to P910. (I only had the P900 for a week or so. ("Nicked" Laffen's before I handed it on to him

))
I don't feel qualyfied to comment on the P900 to P910 step, but when the issue of P800 to P910 came up I had to comment on it.

That is not a maybe, that is a definitive yes.
The P800 is still a good phone but getting the P910 opened up a whole new world to me.
I've been reading all these topic on the stuff that P800 users wish they could do since the P900 users were able to. (Video recording, MP3 and so on.) Never bothered too much about it really.
My P800 had seen better days and when my friends at GSM-Senteret in Oslo managed to get me a P910 3 weeks prior to the launch here in Norway I was never in doubt.
So going from P800 to P910 is not a "mebbe"

Actually I based my opinion to the average esato user, which is probably more of a die hard user than someone with a P800/P900 which became an owner of it for free with contract and thought it had a nice look. (believe me they exist!)
So for the die-hard users (the more experienced and gadget geeks, probably most of the readers of this topic) it is worth the upgrade. It's alot of money but only to have the feeling to be free of the 128-number feels great, part from the bloody high prices they ask for MSDpro 256MB.

actually the duo pro prices have come down quite a bit in the last month or so. I get mine from ebay and if you look
here you can get 512mb for around 64 pounds + postage.
compare that per mb with 128mb duo prices and I think it works out pretty good

I couldn't justify going from my P900 to P910i financially I suppose but I wanted rid of the low mem warnings with Opera, to use it as a proper mp3 player (512MB DUO PRO on order) and find the keyboard actually very good. Plus my contract was due for renewal and I only paid £160 for it which I can recover by selling my P900.
I think the step from a P900 to a P910i has more significant improvements for me than the move from the P800 to P900.
KEY FOR ME
32MB RAM
62.4MB internal user memory
DUO PRO Support
The Keypad
NICE THINGS
Higher colour screen is a noticeable improvement
Built in QuickWord,QuickSheet & PDF
I like the paintwork better & like the new key design.
HTML support for email.

Thnx, but don't have an Ebay account (yet).
In a local retail store (Dixons) they asked 170 euro for 256MB.
2 128 were much cheaper than that!

Can someone confirm that this is true? If it works I got a good reason to buy a bluetooth keyboard.
