When I first saw the SE S700 (folded), I was truly amazed as well! I thought there was all to it, but not, there is the 'swivel' thing . . . Yup, and just becomes bigger, just like that of the Nokia 7650 - good when intact (closed) but when opened upon, looks like you have brought a big wallet with you! @deathstaruk2 could have just been right back there, but surely, every buyer would meticulously scan the fone thru and through in the first place before buying it . . . I guess my thinking was right also, that the SE S700 is just an enlarged version of the SE K700i - after all !

...that was sort of my joke in the first place. ["sarcasm"]
although in high school (where everyone has a s**ty Nokia that looks the same as everyone else's), I used to impress many a girl with my T610...
hah sometimes it wasnt even the phone itself, but something they could have done themselves. "WOW, you get the news sent to your phone every afternoon?? WOW"

hi guys...just to know...how much does that beauty cost where u live?...here in italy the s700 isn't out yet, even if on se.italy the phone results on sale....do you know what the weird thing is?...the s700 isn't out yet but the p910 is instead....I've tried one this morning....but I did'nt like like it...nice phone I should say, but since I don't need such a device I find it useless 4 me,...and...plus that the screen isn't that nice too...262k colors?...where are they?...if you want to see what can be called a screen try the LGt5100....that is a screen..I just hope s700's screen will be better than the p910's one...

You can get a K700 for around $300 and the S700 costs around $800 now, so $500 difference in no way reflects the difference between the two phones. When the S700 drops down to $400 then I would consider getting it.
I am not saying it is not a good phone, but it is just too expensive for what you get.
