I'm with Masseur on the 'Shhhh' but if the person carries on, then things change...
I think it was when i went to see Return of The King for the second time, and this guy about 7-8 seats to the right of me's phone (nokia 3510) rang, as always everyone turns around and looks angrilly at the guy, but this guy actually answered his phone, (instead of the usual hang up, and either leave or look embarrased) i started the hurl of abuse with "shut up you t*at", and everyone else joined in with a torrent of abuse and popcorn, the guy ran out, and didn't return to the movie.
