I don't think I'd bother with a virtual keyboard at the moment since they don't come as integrated units; carrying another device around with me doesn't appeal to me. Integrating a virtual keyboard into a mobile would be a smart prospect indeed.

I recently purchased an Ericsson chatboard for my SE Z600 off Ebay, and unfortunatly it is not compatable with the newer model phones. It appears that SE have changed the connecters at the base of the phone to that of the older Ericsson phones, thus rendering them incompatable. I believe that chatboards have been discontinued, but would like to see them returned as they look like a nice piece of kit.
