It does come with a neck strap ( they could do a lot better than the one that they give you ) its not a sony ericsson one , its just plain black , and it does come with a craddle you can use in your car . . . cheers !!

just got hbh 300 and.......i am a bit disappointed, becouse it does not fit well in my ear....the speaker is just a bit elsewhere it should be...the result of it is, that volume of a call is half as loud as it is when i push it towards my ear..........ehhh...maybe my ears are not shaped well ....

Just got a HBH-300 and I have found two things that annoy me.
First there is a beep when a call is connected or disconnected that is far to loud in my opinion and it is not affected by volume setting. Extremely irritating but probably nothing to do I guess.
Second the sound quality in the headset is far worse than my HBH-200 and there is also a slight buzz in the background. Those in the other end however all seem happy with sound quality. I have not seen any mentioning of this before so it may be something wrong with the one I got. Probably take it back to the dealer.

wwooooow . . . i dont have any of this problems with the one i have , i dont see that beep too loud or even annoying , but i guess none of us have the same ear sensitivity . . . and it does fit well around my ear , like i been saying by far its the best , most comfortable headset i ever had , i have used ( and still own ) nokia hdw-2 , plantronics m3000 , sony ericsson hbh-35 , sony ericsson hbh-65 , and now the best of all my beatiful hbh-300 !! cheers
