Welcome aboard mate! First of all let me congratulate you on your decision to quit! I am no expert in this field, but i have helped a friend of mine to quit his smoking habit. I would recommend you a book by Anthony Robbins titled "Awaken the giant within" which has a truly effective chapter called "pain and pleasure" it might be of some help to you. Hope this helps. ;-)
