I don't know about the k700 buddy, but I can tell you to stay away from the P800 ! I had "upgraded" almost a year ago to a P800 from my old "tried & tested 7650" and what a up/downgrade it was :-( It lasted for exactly 8-days.No more no less. If you are a Dr. or a school kid or something like that is ok, but if you intend it for "heavy use" look somewhere als :-)

my t610 isnt exactly in mint condition... or in great shape at alll.... unlike my t630 which is perfect

I would agree with missuk in saying that you could look on ebay, you might find a K700 there that is within your budget, especially if you sell your T630, which should bring in some extra pennies to increase your budget.

I am now selling my t610 also... not putting it completley in the forums yet... but i am going to sell it.. how much USD do you all think i would get for a t610, and a t630 black?? both locked :-\ and the t610... isnt in the worlds best condition, but the t630 is!
with those two... i think the phone will be in my budget
