@anand - I've not bought from grey market but this is what i feel - If u buy from grey u'll save around say 8K ? (depends on set purchased) . Even if some parts malfunction (quite rare) they'll cost say around 3K ? And firmware upgrades dont cost more than 500 so in the end u'll still be safe
