@ijim - So whatever happened to the fate of your fone mate, did the SE International Warranty solved it? What steps did you apply now?

It could take a long time and i am afraid u ll be get the answer to take it to chile. Ask chile, its their responsibility. Was it an official se shop or just a mob fone shop?

@ijim - The International SE Warranty I guess will be your very last recourse here mate . . . If not, I think that it will be most prudent to just have it remedied in the SE Service Center (at your expense), rather than trekking those 400 kms. (?) back to Chile . . . Good Luck still . . .
