6630 gets good results because of the dedicated 3d processor! improvements have been made to phones over time. p800 is a 3 yr old phone!ring a bell? u have a powerful arm processor, 156Mhz and no 3d enhancements. remember, pxx0 are quoted business phones.
then, should u test the k700 for example, which has a dedicated graphics chip, scores would be sooo many times higher.

My P800 (2nd hand, from early adapter) scored 650 with Infrared and Bluetooth on, turned them off (and reboot) and now it scores:
643
3D Game: 9.35 fps
3D Fillrate: 2.07 Mtexels/s
3D PolyCount:46.74 Ktriangles/s

Got my P800 saturday
ran SPMark04 directly after reboot, no additional programs are autostarted.
