Filter Coffee - no chance for tea. Holiday in Italy even espresso (favoured about noon, when it´s real hot..).

Have just got this:
It's an espresso maker called Nespresso. Instead of having to mess around with ground coffee, you just put in a capsule and press a button. This has definitely reaffirmed me as a fan of espresso. (only drawback is that you can only get the capsules at their shop in Beauchamp Place, Knightsbridge or at Harrods)

Coffee, tea, and any caffeine containing beverages are diuretics; they strip the body and brain of its fluids. A brain which is not fully hydrated will not function anywhere near as effectively as one which is properly nourished with water and electrolytes (conductive salts which aid the communication of neuroelectrical impulses) . Consequently, drinking coffee in the morning will provide a brief moment of "stimulation", but will leave the brain worn out, exhausted and unable to function properly for the rest of the day. I tend to drink a bottle of lucozade sport or powerade in the morning, its an excellent source of hydrating fluids and salts, and gives your brain the nourishment it needs to work effectively.
Anyone curious about this, i urge you to drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day for 7 days, and youll notice an incredible difference in your mood, energy and general well being.

Wow. There's a die-hard water freak right there

! Even his "from" section under his name gives it away!
Oh and I do drink at least 6 of the 8 glasses a day, as I'm at school and the only free drink there IS water. So I have it whenever possible.
But still, I like my revielle

.
