If i had to choose then for me it would have to be sony, as i reckon they're the driving force, if they hadn't gone into this with ericson they would've found somebody else. You only have to look at the rest of their product range to see that they usually come up with quality goods (coming from a panasonic fan !)
It has to be said tho that it was a good move !! i just love that
logo on the back of my k700 !

but the people who work there come from 2 from other companies.
people who deside something and use to work for sony (and love sony) will use more sony influence
same goes for ex-ericsson people.
but it looks (and we know) that from day one sony got the highest ranks.
