The SMS limitation is the only thing that really bugs me about my K700. This message was posted from a K700i

@govi - i meant that any message over 0 B is an mms or something other than a sms cause a sms always occupies 0 B, no matter how long it is. MMS, templates etc are stored on phone mem so they occupy more than 0 B but sms have a dedicated mem so according to the OS, they occupy 0 B of the phone's 41MB memory.

Wow, i thought if i started a post about something that it'd stick tot he post, i started it with the aim of finding out if anyone else had problems etc, and what to do instead of everyone saying theyve got x ammount of texts in tehre inbox, i can now only hold 15 in total, thats between my outbox and inbox, its ridiculous. Has anyone got any ideas at all?

it is a known firmaware fault with the k700i. Take it to your nearest sonyericsson service centre and get it flashed with the latest firmware and this will solve your problems! if you use the search there are a number of conversations that have already covered this issue.

hope this helps.

what sort of problems with the joystick? often it is just a case of dirt becoming lodged underneath it. the service centre will certainly be able to solve this if this is the cause.
