both are quality phones in their own right. in fact, if u ask me, both are worth buying, u cannot go wrong with either of them. it all comes down to what u really want in a phone. a good cam? pda functions? hell, if money is not a problem for u, go for both!

Because you can do hell lot of things with p910 which are just not possible with s700, s700 is just a normal phone with mp cam and a brilliant display, with p910 you can install various applications for example you can do a 3gp video with s700 but thats it...where in p910 you can edit that particular movie or can do some special effects...its all depends on ur creativity....plus p910 has a touchscreen..thats just an example i have given...actually having an symbian phone has always an advantage over other non symbian phones.

Ultimately, it's still depends on what your major usage is for the phone. Whether it's getting hi-quality photos, entertainment, or business apps / PDA features, there's a big distinction. Neither of these two phones are better than the other IMO as they belong to different categories.

This message was posted from a K700i

As far as I know the S710a and S700i both are restricted to 128mb.

@indian why are you comparing the s710a & P910a? because I'm pretty sure they don't work in India, just in the Americas.

you should be thinking of the s700i or p910i

I was in your exact position:
It was the s700 vs the p910, and I went for the p910i and i'v really not regreted it. Smartphones are really cool. Ahh I just love having my whole schedule on my mobile. Playing some stragety games.

Remember if your a stragety game fan like me you'll love playing with the stylus.

But there is no point getting the p910i if you're not going to use its smartphone features. I'm saying this because half the people I know don't know what you can do with your smartphone.

I'v got a pal with an s700. Its a good phone if you're that casual mobile user, you know... playin' some games, listenin' to some mp3's, watchin' some flicks etc

There is no such thing as a better phone!

Its all about what phones suits your needs. No one phone is better then another. Its really a case of the phone you like and want.
