Yes it really is 6230, even the specs are copied from 6230:

http://www.mobiado.com/specs.htm

"The following functions use shared memory that is dependent on the data quantity per item and shared memory available at a time in the Nokia 6230 phone. The shared memory pool is up to 6 MB. Possibility to get additional memory with MultiMediaCard (MMC)."

Well, Vertu is also based on Nokia platform. But I want more photos of mobiado, because I can’t decide. On the one hand it is just overpriced Nokia 6230 with nothing special and a very simple design. But on the other hand this simplicity of the design could really turn to be a luxury. Well I want to see more photos, and the photos of the box also. Other thing that scares me is the web site, it looks pretty stylish but no flash and crappy photos, it is not the best way of appearance. And by the way – axxxr, where did you get the info?

I would not even consider classing this phone as "Luxury"

"Overpriced with no new technology", yes.

What is this about: "and two illumination white LEDs"

Are the developers from the dark-ages

As for the looks ??????????

And the size, etc:

Dimensions: 105mm x 46mm x 20mm

Weight: 142g

Display: 27.3 mm x 27.3 mm display

My P910i:

Dimensions: 115mm x 58mm x 26mm

Weight: 155g

Display: 62mm x 40mm (add a few mm for black borders)

You would have to have more money than sense to buy it.

I agree, I would be expecting something like a mix of the S700 and P900 with a fancy case on it for that price.

Get a case custom made for about £100 and put the insides from a 6230 in and you too can have a "luxury" phone but for a fraction of the price!

I don't think Vertu published their specs... if you can afford their phone... they'll call YOU! That's supposed to be their thing.
