1: you wait for upgraded firmware to be released
2: you go to a svodafone store to have it upgraded

ok, ok...i am sorry...

i did try to PM O2 so i didnt look like too much of a fool - too late it would appear.

I previously had (and still have) and XDA2 - was a member of Techguru - only got the v800 the other day and already i am really really p155ed off with the calendar syncing (which just doesnt work to a suitable standard)

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=72466

looking at this forum it would apprear that there a lot of qwirks with the handset - we had this with the xda2 when it came out (which came out about this time last year), and they didnt get fixed until april the following year...

this reminder / calendar / sync issues needs to be resolved as a priority as far as i am concerned...

@papa_k,

Looks like u better get XDA II than V800. V800 is just a normal phone. If u keen with the sync stuff, I prefer you can choose that PDA/Phone. V800 is just a phone, you can't do more application than XDA II or SE P9 series. simple...

to the best of my knowledge O2 still did not actually get himself a V800 so he might not be able to help you out at all

and the synching does indeed sound like a major problem.
Not using Outlook myself I'm afraid I can't help you either though

My V800 has shown no battery power since late yesterday afternoon and it is still very much powered up. I have been using it for close to forty eight hours now. Does anyone else experience a faulty battery indicator?
