one of the most difficult bits was getting the little clear plastic bits that cover the LED's out of the old cover and putting them in the new one. They were different shapes to i hade to cut them a bit.
i found some

pretty nice ones. can you explain wats teh first few steps i ened to do? like take out wat first then do wat?..just simple ones. and is it possible to upgrade your firmware to p910 one through the net? cause no one in australia does it yet.
