A big warning to those intending to use the Disk Cleaner software as suggested above. Its really not accurate in identifying left over files. The software recommended that I delete one particular file and now I've noticed that its my database for the Personal Jotter Software. I've lost a database containing over 7000 words! Make a copy first of all the files you intend to delete so that you always have a copy in case thing go wrong. I would conclude that Disk Cleaner is really not reliable at all!

I have been using this software for long now.... i totally accept that the software is not at all worth buying..... its much better having it installed without buying.... where u can actually know what u are deleating and why u are deleating....

It is very good for me in the way Im using it. Of some reason it is showing HandyDay2005 to delete every time but except that I always run it after uninstalled any program, then I know for sure if the app has some files left. Or use it in combination with the excellent HandyExplorer where there is a Trash can and make it possible to restore any deleted files.

New version appeared ("Pro"). Allows to create snapshots and then compare it with current disk's content.
I think it is more useful, because allows to search & delete files in semi-automatic mode.
