As I am a relatively new member of this forum, I have just recently discovered your post from July but felt I had to reply. I'm glad you apologized (although only after being prompted by nwmq1). I don't intend to brag about how honest and great Romanians are, because the vast majority of us is greatly dissapointed by the image that Romanian thieves and crooks are generating all over Europe, so I can understand your point. But a handful of crooks do not identify as a nation. If some media portrays the Netherlands as being a people of homosexuals and drug addicts, this doesn't mean I take that as a fact and consider any Dutch person as being gay and permanently stoned, does it?!
Keep your eyes and ears open and you will find out that some of the highest qualified IT specialists working all over the world are Romanians. Also, besides 3 GSM networks, we have the first operating commercial 3G network in Europe.
Oh, and - gypsies are a minority (approx. 8% of the population). Just for the record.
