I didn't realise RemotControl used Bluetooth.
Anyway, I've installed the Server on my PC & the Client on my phone but I can't make a connection. It just instantly says connection failed!

I can't find the IP address.
The prompt command IPCONFIG should display it but it simply doesn't!

Run from a command window, not the run dialogue

I have problem with connecting the PuppetMaster.

From the manual, it says I need to select a device and specify a com port. I'm connecting the usb bluetooth dongle to pick up com 4 as serial connection. That way my phone will connect to pc thur Com 4 without any problem. However, do I set the PuppetMaster to listen to Com 4 as well? If I do, PuppetMaster says unable to open com 4.

What is the trick here to establish a connection? Any body please shed me some light please.

Thank you.

Graphite

so can you explain to me what is the correct procedure?

Prequisit: Phone and PC connection MUST NOT be established

1) Select Device and try many Com Ports (1 to 14)
2) From my Phone's Puppet Master's Searching Screen, click on the PC's Bluetooth name on the screen. (all I see is the "Negotiating")
3) then..?

use Remote Control P800, connect to PC via mRouter. in the Client (mobile) input your PC's IP.
