If they suddenly began 2 charge & for past usage my GPRS bill would be sky high 237 x 2.35 = 556.95, I cant pay that, lol

As far as I know the dial-up networking wizard is specific to SE so it should work no matter where your location is, sorry I took so long to reply.
An update: internet now works through the connection settings mentioned above, and the speed is immense. I'm getting 115kbps, which is twice as fast as dial-up, and I can get this anywhere in UK (well around 97% coverage anyway).
Oh, and if anyone still wonders the proxy is still free, although it might cost the odd pence to make the connection. I hope it stays like this.
