I would suppose not. Series 60 only supports 208x172 and 320x240(qvga) screens. whereas Series 90 have 640x320 support.

Its only a resolution difference ! The apps and games wouldn't run full screen maybe. Is that the only difference ? Has anybody tried it out ?

@ Whiz: It would hardly seem prudent for to use Nokia Series 60 on their phones. Its would be like the Americans using Soviet MiG fighters in combat

..... all references to series 90 have been removed from the nokia site .....

That is not correct Click here

Series 90 is Nokia's newest creation. I dont think they would do anything to it before they have squeezed every penny they can out of it.

Series 90 was merged to Series 60 last autumn. So, Series 90 as such doesn't exist anymore. In the future Series 60 will also support the resolution of the previous Series 90 platform as you can read from the www.series60.com.

Quote from the site:
"Series 60 will support the following screen resolutions: 176x208, 240x320 (QVGA), 352x416 and 640x320."

@orange : Thanks for the correction dude. Hmmm..... Looks like you are correct, so it means s60 applications may run on s90.
