So here goes.. Tried safe mode by pressing pencil key while starting the phone.. Dunno whether it actually was safe mode or not as there were no notifications about it.. Ran camera application.. At first i got the same error but in next attempt it saved the image.. Currently only netfront is running in the background and some application called 'telephone' which i've noticed is always active.. It starts up as soon as the standby screen loads..

Yeah, I forgot to say that there is no notifications when the phone boots-up in safe mode. That telephone app is something like kernel, it is allways running.

I did have some similiar problems with philips camcoder pro and photo fusion. They dont work after some time of use, then I just restart my phone and everything works fine. Maybe the ram fills up after some use, dont know.

Seems there is no option left other than restarting it whenever i need the cam or taking it 2 the service centre which i'm sure will be of little use..

Maybe people missed my post in the first page. I already brought up the "application-eating-ram" possibility.

Maybe this is something to do with your RAM being almost fully used, hence the 'overload' problem and the fact that it happens only after some time after a restart. Maybe some app is eating up your RAM.

Just try not to use you background apps and see what happens.
