Yes you are richt about that but.................only poor quality video recording 3GGP,MPEG4 adn no MPEG and that is the blame for Sony.

MPEG is far better format than MPEG4 and 3GP

So long as SE combine with Sony than never we get the best formats in our phone's,look at the new Samsungs they have already capble MPEG player in their phone's.

Or look at the MSD limitations,it's no sense is it?


In my opinion,if SE work very close wtih almost the same features or formats than is it good for the marketshare from both of them.

i do think they will include a mp3 player... very soon actually. I think they will come out with new ideas that no other mobile phone company has come up with soon. I really do think they will have many more firsts, and not be waiting around, and waiting till late to add the newer technology... like the mp3 player

I really can not see Sony not lending its vast know-how to SE. Being a joint venture then they will both want their baby to succeed.

The future must be very exciting for them, especially when the last year has seen a massive turnaround in the fortunes of SE.

If what the CEO's of Sony Ericsson are to achieve what they say they want to achieve then why keep this vast arsenal under wraps.

I say let SE do for music what they have done for imaging and bring out more convergence handsets. Life will be so much more interesting because of it.

hhhmmm... music ey..... SE is following Motorala then. SO we're gonna see alot of DRM post i guess.... its goin to be one of the cases where SE will built a MP3 player with built in phone... juz like wat they did to last yr S700.. digital camera built in phone... NOT phone built in digital camera. Well since SE is targeting more to music/sound... my best bet is.. they will introduce twin/stereo speakers.. like motorola has... maybe a jog dial too... PRO DUO, audio jack (like Z1010), partner with radio channels or MTv (like motorola) these r the pieces im gettin frm the word music...

Sony Ericsson wont not introduce a MP3 media player just to secure their MP3 Market share, if you want an MP3 player your not going to buy a phone...

its the same with S700.. if u want a digital camera.. get a digital camera... so u know wat im saying... many people tend to like an all in one product.... i got a feeling SE is trying to compete with up coming phone.. e.g IPOD phone...

I would love a phone that has a bose speaker built in. :-) now that is a what is called a real poly speaker?

@Govigov. I don't think they would let that happen. They will always try to be one step ahead. We don't know the full specs for the camera of Clara yet, it might be more advanced than we think.

I can't wait to see what music-phones SE will be releasing in a few months time.
