Doesn't sound like a Sony Ericsson fault to me. Sounds like your SIM is limiting your phone - a SIM card can definitely affect the menu on a phone. What happens when you put your SIM in another phone? Can you then configure your delivery reports on the other phone?

its a sim card limitation thing.. u hav to upgrade yer sim card to access some stuff..
ask the operator for a newer upgraded sim card?
i jus change my sim to 64k last year

It depends what network you are on, I know Orange and vodafone do provide the delivery report option if it is turned on. O2 Doesnt at all, and im not sure about T-mobile x
