Toys, u need to be more detailed in your questions in order for us to help you. Tell us what version of firmware you were using to flash the V800 with etc. please. Your posts are a bit vague and therefore difficult to provide solutions for.
Which main flash file did u use? Am not sure about the eu5 language pack.
As for your camera driver...i am not sure either. But do yourself a favour and terminate (close) all unecessary applications that are taking up resources when you are flashing.
Another thing to do is look up your problems in the SE Tools support forums found here:

i sat in the main firmware and the extra pack and added complete phone
setool told me upgrading firmware for free but langpack will cost you a credit and it tock one credit but there still only english and the camera dosent work

Did u read the SE Tool manual before using the software? If you have remaining credits, i suggest you reflash the phones firmware following the instuctions precisely as outline in the manual.
There is something that you maybe missing in your process. Go back and double check. You can find the manual here:
