@Folling
120Gb memory!! I assume you mean HD space right?
Here's my 2 cents.
Get an AMD 64 3000+ (64 bit, so its futureproof, and a better chip than the p4s anyways)
Get 512mb of DDR 2700 or 3200 RAM (2700 is more budget, but won't be quite as fast... No matter if you're not a huge multi-tasker)
As for video card, even without being an avid gamer, even if you ONLY PLAY SOLITAIRE!
DON'T get onboard graphics. I say get one of ATI's budget range of DX9 cards. (Direct X 9) For example, the 9550 is a great card for the price, and if you were to go even lower (out of DX9 now) you could get ATI's 9200, another good card for next to nothing.
There you go.

I agree with whoever says buy a graphics card and stay away from onboard graphics. Not all the FX series sucks the 5600 was horrible but 5700 was OK. Whatever the brand ar number stay away from second editions (SE not

) and light editions LE. the only exception is the Radeon 9800SE but its About the same as a 9600 so it doesn't make much difference. Basically go for a 9550 or 9200Ati or 6200nvidia . If you're going for PCI-e again stay away from turbo cache. If you must go for onboard grafics go for an ati 9100 Igp motherboard and [B]not[\B] intel extreme graphics, which is far from extreme.
If your still reading, get at least 512 MB of ram but every thing else like processor, HDD, Optical drive and cool looking case should be chosen according to taste and budget.
