It has a seperate player part and a phone part, meaning, you can use the player even when the phone part is off.

W800 comes Disk2Phone software, easier and faster to trasnfer mp3 to phone

It doesn't say what size MSduo it will support, probably 2GB like K750, its just that it will be shipped with a 512MB MSD as apposed to the K750 64MB.
