Yes. I've seen some manufacturers who have copied some popular Nokia phones. Like the 3310, etc.

I think we can all agree that plagiarism is a fundamental element of most companies R & D. Get your competitors phone and use it, pull it to bits, see what conponenets are being used, how much and so on.....
The fact that the T610 has done so well cannot be ignored by
competitors and makes sense for them to try and steel some of the market share by bringing out their own versions.
A fact they all have to deal with, annoying, yes probably depending on how blatent the ripoff is.
I'm sure there are limits to what can be copied based on what patents have been issued against the product in question.

I think similar designed phones were released in japan long time ago-stuff with designs like k750, So anyone could copy them even before se launch them now.
